Course Description: The Practitioner course builds upon learning from the PRINCE2 Foundation course but in addition allows the candidate to prepare effectively for the Practitioner exam. The course provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the practical application of the method. One full day of learning and revision is followed by exam preparation with the Practioner exam the following day.
Key Learning Objectives:
- further the candidates understanding and their ability to apply key aspects of PRINCE2
- understand the nature of the Practitioner exam and the required exam technique
- practice exam questions under exam conditions
Audience: The PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification is designed for anybody who has leadership and management responsibilities on a project. Typical attendees include current and aspiring team leaders, project managers and decision makers.
Course Prerequisites: A pass at PRINCE2 Foundation level.
