Denise DeCarlo, PMP – Director
Denise has spent the last 23 years developing and managing software application development teams. She is a recognised project management specialist and is frequently sought after for her problem solving prowess by the information systems community. Denise is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional and IBM certified Executive Project Manager. She is recognised for her leadership and commitment to guiding others in traditional and outsourced environments. Her published articles include topics on risk management, team development and being motivated in today’s business environment.

Outside of work Denise enjoys nature photography, swimming, bush walking and travelling.

Bob McGannon, PMP – Director
Bob has thrived from over 14 years of IBM management experience, all of which were centered around the creation, motivation and development of teams and the individuals that comprise them.   Bob is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional and IBM certified Executive Project Manager. Using his team building and project management expertise, Bob has brought together people from various cultures and perspectives to build cohesive high performance teams. He has performed this in the high growth outsourcing environment that has become such an integral part of today’s business environment. Bob is also a certified coach for the Boeing Corporation. Bob’s enthusiasm and business acumen have touched and motivated thousands of people.

Bob has published many papers and business articles including topics such as the “re-definition of problems as a way of finding new solutions”, structuring teams for success, and managing change.
Outside of work Bob enjoys running, bush walking, snowshoeing and travelling.

Haydn Thomas – Senior Consultant & Trainer
Haydn has over 20 years of real world experience in management, portfolio, program and project management, business analysis and business consulting. He has worked extensively in large international and domestic banks, government organisations, solution providers.  In addition Haydn has worked with small start-up companies in defining and implementing structure, business solutions, leadership, change management, competencies and efficiencies.  Haydn has provided services to clients across Australia, New Zealand, Asia & North America.

Haydn’s record of achievement with developing and negotiating structured programs are based on his excellent creative direction, passion for quality, delivering on promises and professional approach. Coupled with his outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence decisions, these provide the basis to delivering successful outcomes. His skills are leveraged and derived from various industry experiences.
In recent years, Haydn is following his passion of sharing his experiences through course facilitation, consulting, coaching, capability maturity and national speaking engagements.
Outside work Haydn keeps active chasing his three children and wife around sporting engagements and runs a vineyard in his spare time!

Annabel Chambers – Office Manager
Annabel joined the Mindavation team in October 2010.  Annabel has extensive experience in publishing, event organisation, public relations and sales and marketing.  Her experience in these arenas means she brings strong communication and organisational skills to the team.  Annabel is responsible for event planning, public course logistics, public relations, and keeping the Mindavation team organised!

Outside work Annabel loves cycling, running, gardening, reading and travelling.
